  • How long should I expect my appointment to be?
    Bridal appointments will be approximately 90 minutes as we work one-on-one with all our brides.
  • What if I have more than 3 guest?
    Book our "Girl Friend Experience" for up to 8 guests. This is a 90-minute appointment for the bride to find the gown of her dreams with up to 8 guests. - Red Carpet Walk-in - Unlimited Mimosas - Andre Brut Champagne Paired with OJ, Cranberry, or Pineapple Juice (virgin option is available) -Chocolate-covered strawberries & Charcuterie board and a gift to our bride. $140 Booking Fee (booking fee is not applied towards gown purchase) PLEASE CALL TO SCHEDULE YOUR "GIRLFRIEND EXPERIENCE." Cancellation Policy: This appointment cannot be canceled online. Please call during regular business hours to change your existing appointment to avoid an additional $50.00 No-Show appointment fee.   • Is there a charge for bridal appointments?
    While we do not charge for bridal appointments, we do have a cancellation fee. When booking your appointment you will be required to provide a credit card to have on file. Should you not cancel your appointment 24hrs prior, or be a “no-show” for your appointment, there will be a $50 fee charged.
  • Do we carry bridesmaids or mother-of-the-bride dresses?
    We do not carry bridesmaids or mother-of-the-bride dresses in our inventory.
  • What is the purchasing process?
    All special gowns require a deposit if not paid in full. Payments can be made with a credit card, cash, money order, or bank check. Be sure to ask about our payment plans and in-house financing offers. All off-the-rack/sample gowns require payment in full via cash, money order, personal check, or bank check.
  • What sizes do you carry?
    In store, we carry sizes 8 - 28. We order up to size 32
  • Will my dress need alterations?
    Yes, all wedding dresses need alterations. Common alterations include adding a bustle, hemming, adjusting sleeves and straps, and taking in or letting out the bust, waist, and/or hips. Alterations are not included in the price of gowns.
  • Do you require an appointment?
    Yes, our shop is an intimate setting and limits the number of brides and guests. So, we ask that you schedule an appointment. Looking for same-day appointments? Please give us a call (407) 728-8506
  • What is your return policy?
    Our return policy states that all sales are final. This means that once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  • How many people can I bring to my appointment?
    To ensure a comfortable and focused experience, we kindly request that you limit your guests to 3 guests only.
  • What is the price range of our gowns?
    Our price range is $1,250 to $2,500. We also have sample dresses that are $599 to $999, which are off-the-rack gowns and cannot be ordered.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
